Fitzgerald is currently directing a trilogy of films on the global refugee crisis. 50 FEET FROM SYRIA was voted onto the Oscar® shortlist. LIFEBOAT was nominated for an Academy Award® and national Emmy®. The third, HUNGER WARD, is in post.
